1 PROPERTY – 8 CO-OWNERS
Each house is divided into 8 equal fractions, and each fraction entitles you to 6 weeks of use per year.
You can purchase between 1 and 4 fractions, depending on your needs, which is equivalent to co-ownership for between 2 and 8 people. This way, you only pay for what you'll actually enjoy.
FLEXIBLE AND FAIR CALENDAR
In co-ownership, each fraction is granted six weeks of use per year, distributed throughout the seasons. The dates are assigned on a rotating and equitable basis, allowing sufficient time for advance planning.
NO PROCEDURES, ALL INCLUSIVE
Comprehensive property management is centralized: maintenance, cleaning, incidents, and coordination of use are fully covered, so the co-owner doesn't have to worry about anything.
