Why CoNest
It all started like many great ideas do: with friends, a getaway, and a house in the mountains of Madrid. Years ago, we used to convince someone's parents to let us use their house for a few days. Today, with a partner, children, and new responsibilities, we still feel that same need to disconnect, share, and make memories in a unique setting.
CoNest was born precisely from that shared desire: to enjoy a quality second home without having to shoulder the high acquisition and maintenance costs alone. With the encouragement of my partner and the support—as always—of my friends, we decided to embrace co-ownership as a fairer, more accessible, and sustainable model.
We want to bring this concept to people like us: who value family time, time with friends, and weekends away from the hustle and bustle, but without sacrificing comfort or ownership.
At CoNest, we believe that a vacation home shouldn't be an unattainable luxury, but rather a shared, flexible, and well-managed experience.
